What you cannot do here
- Redeem a pledge: you must come to the counter in person with the ticket
- Apply for a new pawn loan
- Exchange a pledge or change a ticket's details
Our counter can always take an interest payment. This website is a convenience, not a replacement for the counter.
Three things to remember
- We never send payment links by SMS or WhatsApp. Any such link is fake.
- We never ask for your login code by phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
- This website's address is printed on your pawn ticket. Type it in yourself; do not click a link somebody sends you.
How to use it
- Enter your identity card number
- We send a six-digit code to the email address you registered at the counter
- Enter the code, and your tickets appear
- Press pay interest, and pay by online banking or card
Have not registered an email at the counter? Please register there, or pay the interest at the counter.
